What You Need to Know About Panic Disorder

Panic attacks are characterized by an overwhelmed and terrified feeling even if you’re not in any danger. When you’ve experienced this twice, you might have one of the types of anxiety disorders called panic disorder, which can be treated in many ways, such as through mental health counseling.
