How to Login

1. Check your email for a link from TherapyPortal.com
   1. SUBJECT LINE: Client Portal Invitation
2. Click link “Create client portal account for (your email will be here)”
3. The TherapyPortal.com website open with “Whitehall CAP Inc” at the top of the page
   1. Your email will be prefilled
   2. Enter Your Date of Birth: (ex: mm/dd/yyyy)
   3. Enter Your Mobile Phone (ex: 614-555-5555)
   4. Create Your password
   5. For security purposes, your password must be at least 10 characters long, it must have 1 Upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number and a special non-numeric character. Example: #, !, %, &, *
4. Read the Terms of Service
5. Check the Box “I Accept the Terms of Service”
6. Click the Sign-Up button
7. You’re IN!
