Administrative Director

Nicole never expected to find herself in the mental health field, but it has become a place where her passions and skills truly align. With a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and over eight years of experience in office management and accounting, Nicole brings a wide-ranging skill set to WCAP Counseling.

As the Administrative Director, she wears many hats—managing patient financials, human resources, electronic health records, and much more throughout the workday. Nicole thrives on the variety her role offers and is proud to be part of a team working to make mental healthcare more accessible to all.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading, photography, swimming, gardening, cooking, and tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants. She shares a cozy, happy home with her husband and their lovable herd of pets.
