Licensed Independent Social Worker

As a licensed independent social worker with a Master’s degree from Ohio State University, I am passionate about empowering individuals to embrace their authentic selves and thrive at every stage of life. My experience spans working with seniors, children, and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ issues. I specialize in supporting clients ages 6–59 using a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches.

Creating a safe and affirming space is at the heart of my practice, where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and discover personal growth. Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my family and dogs, Apollo and Ares, and I enjoy photography, baking, anime, and all things Marvel. I believe in the power of presence and self-acceptance as key tools for meaningful transformation—because when we focus on our strengths, we unlock the ability to grow, heal, and live authentically.
