I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, and depression, using a warm, collaborative approach grounded in CBT, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness. With experience across diverse settings—including schools, telehealth, and juvenile correctional facilities—I support children, teens, and adults alike.
