- We understand that accessing mental health services should be affordable for everyone, which is why WCAP Counseling offers a sliding fee scale for those not covered by any form of health insurance.
- The sliding fee scale is income and household-size-based, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent clients from receiving the support they need.

Cancellation Policy:
Clients must give at least a 24-hour notice for an appointment cancellation in order to avoid paying the cancellation fee of $50.00.
Billing Policy:
All clients are ultimately responsible for the balance on the account for any professional services rendered. Payment is required at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment.
