Who We Are
We are a leading non-profit agency that has been providing quality mental health and substance abuse counseling to the community since 1972.
At WCAP Counseling, we work with individuals aged 18 and older, who require our support with their behavioral health, drug and alcohol use, and other mental health concerns. We endeavor to empower and inspire them to discover new possibilities and to lead full, meaningful lives.
Everything that we do is aimed at providing high-quality, person-centered services in the right location at the right time, making a real difference for the individuals and communities we serve.

Our aim is not simply crisis management; our aim is the type of growth and change that will allow clients to be part of a lifelong community.
Our approach is holistic, encompassing the biological-psychological-social-spiritual aspects of the person. Our values are rooted in the belief that counseling services should be affordable and accessible to all.
