Jordyn is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being. Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and positive change. She creates a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported.
She works with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—and tailors therapy to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, she partners with them to foster meaningful change and help them build the skills needed to lead more balanced, fulfilling lives.
Her practice incorporates a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and a culturally sensitive, relational lens.
Jordyn earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Bowling Green State University in 2022. She supports clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder (BPD), depression, family conflict, grief, peer and relationship issues, school-related challenges, self-esteem, sleep disturbances, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues.
