Pediatric Psychiatric Charge Nurse

I am a registered nurse with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, who has felt called to the nursing profession from a young age. I started out my career with a strong foundation as a mental health specialist before becoming a pediatric psychiatric charge nurse on an inpatient pediatric unit. I am deeply committed to working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that support patients and their families in daily life. My passion lies in creating a supportive and structured environment that promotes healing, stability, and long-term wellness. Through my experience, I have developed the ability to lead with empathy, coordinate care, and advocate for holistic approaches that address both the emotional and psychological needs of patients and their families. Outside of work, I enjoy channeling my creative side through art, crochet, gardening, puzzles, and staying active with walks throughout Columbus and yoga.
